Using a new product can be intimidating. I suggest getting highly aquainted with dip powder by watching youtube how-to videos. Learning how to dip your nails beautifully takes time and patience.  While it is not for everyone I personally find the experience relaxing and I highly enjoy doing my own nails.

 With the gel method you will have more time to even your edges, before using LED/UV to cure each layer. The downfall with gel is that the nails will not be as hard and strong once cured than traditional dip liquid. It is completely up to the user on which method they prefer and like. Dip powder works well with either type of liquid.
